What We Do As Your Facilitators:

We assist teams to: a) identify and engage stakeholders; b) describe shared vision, values, principles and desired results; c) develop and commit to strategic and operational plans; and d) document these plans. As appropriate to your purpose, we provide the following services:

  1. Consult with sponsors and designated leaders or stakeholders to define specific outcomes for planning meetings or Conferences;
  2. Collect and/or analyze data on relevant stakeholder interests and organizational issues;
  3. Develop your agenda and support material;
  4. Assist participants to prepare for productive planning (through, for example, pre-event data collection and review);
  5. Conduct planning events to clarify desired results, focus interaction, build mutual trust, assist team alignment, encourage creative contribution, and guide collaborative achievement of outcomes;
  6. Document ideas, recommendations, and decisions from planning events;
  7. Provide follow-up coaching on Plan implementation.

Vision-to-Action Collaboration Conference: (Multiple Organizations Attending)

Vision-to-Action events are customized to your needs, priorities, and timeframe. A two-person facilitation team, dedicated to your project, will work with you to design and conduct planning activities. Services combine sponsor consultation, stakeholder and issue analysis, and results management instruction with facilitation of events designed to achieve what you want. Documentation of strategic and/or operational plans and follow-up coaching on implementation is available to assist next steps.

The outcomes:

  • A SMART plan that reflects and strengthens the shared vision, purpose, and accountability of those who participate, and
  • A cohesive team with members who are committed to collaborative success.

"Teaming Up for SMART Results" offers your team a 2-day opportunity to renew and plan as members learn about and practice teamwork tools that get results.  Using a contemporary model of team development, participating teams members will identify issues they confront, explore a framework for sustaining high performance, and create practical plans to achieve SMART results.

The outcomes:

  • Shared mission, vision, and strategic outcomes,
  • SMART operational results as targets for plans that contribute to these outcomes,
  • Action plans to achieve, monitor, and evaluate progress toward desired results,
  • A roadmap that enables staff to integrate and track project or service responsibilities. and
  • A renewed sense of commitment, direction, and teamwork.
